We haven't been able to go to GC for several years now due to the location, so since it was only a three hour drive this year for us we jumped at the chance to go. Usually we don't do anything but sit around the house, but not this summer something has constantly been going on. I'm ready for a break and back to doing nothing again. I did make it to Hawaii and back. I left on September 1st and returned on September 9th. We had a LOT of fun this time. Not that I don't usually but this time we did a lot of different things. First of all, I finally got to watch Silas, Moni's littlest on Saturday!! I was so excited. It's the first time I have been able to keep him and really enjoyed it. It all started out on Wednesday evening when we discovered our dog was missing. She is 16 years old, blind, deaf, and has arthritis really bad, verily gets around.
